John Tobsich of Jamaica has launched "neilmar.com" an all-purpose site which includes an interesting chess page. Tobisch is known as a theoretician around the island and in his recent essays at the site, you can see that he relishes in morass of complications that often face a chess analyst. This issue takes a look at Kasparov-Gheorghui, 1982 and examines the sustained power and force of the champion's ideas. He also pens "Psychic Violence in Wijk aan Zee 2003" looks at the intense rivalry of GMs Viswanathan Anand and Veselin Topalov. Tobisch has included a regional chess database and invite players to submit games and biographical information.
