Generation Chess, Incorporated has released a comprehensive letter detailing the playing arrangements for the HB Global Chess Challenge. This tournament will make history in a number of ways and GM Maurice Ashley has worked diligently to make this tournament a success. His vision to invigorate international chess hopes to spark a movement similar to his challenge of "no draw" tournaments. That very idea is currently being  seen for the first time in a super-GM-level tournament at the M-Tel Masters in Sofia, Bulgaria. This revolutionary rule will also be a part of this tourney.
