A couple of years ago, The Chess Drum featured a contest where two players would annotate a selected top-level game. Each set of annotations were viewed by chess fans and they would vote on which set they liked the best. (See 1st clash… 2nd clash)
There has not been any other clashes, but on Chess.FM, I noticed the Cheparinov-Ivanchuk game was annotated by two different Grandmasters… John Federowicz and Varuzhan Akobian. It is interesting to see the different styles of analysis, but what makes this analysis different was the audio component.
