Team Profile

Botswana's Patrick Wanda has made a lot of progress in his efforts for chess development.  One the homegrown products of Botswana's successful program in Ignatious Njobvu. Despite his youth, Ignatious has now emerged as the veteran player of the Botswana side having participated in several Olympiad tournaments. The services of FM Boipuso Samuel will be sorely missed, but the remaining cast have been very active in local tournaments and should be up to the test in Bled.
